Clare Hooper
Clare Hooper is a fast moving contemporary artist and she was born in Somerset, England in 1957. Clare Hooper first exhibited in Dordrecht, Holland and her consequent success prompted the opening of her first gallery in San Felice Circeo in 1999. A second gallery followed in Porto Rotondo, Sardinia, and with this success numerous exhibitions have followed in various corners of Europe.
Clare Hooper achieves, with ease, a sense of vitality and originality to each canvas. There is a unique playful use of colour which shows a love of life expressing joy and wonderment in every work of art. These joyful paintings enhance large walls and corporate spaces, and bring warmth and Mediterranean sunlight to even minimalistic environs.
