This specific product (TG-779): A Biplane is a fixed-wing aircraft that has two main wings stacked one over the other and is structurally supported. The first aircraft to achieve flight, the Wright Flyer used this Biplane design and so did most planes during the early years of aviation. This image's centre feature is the wooden propeller of a Curtiss JN (Jenny) Biplane, which was restored by a retired pilot as part of a restoration project in Virginia, America. About 50 Jennys survive in museums and with private owners.
